Salesforce Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to serve as the strategic authority for a large-scale Salesforce enterprise. You will lead solution governance, security reviews, and modernization efforts, ensuring that complex integrations and data models align with long-term platform sustainability.

Location: Columbus, Ohio (30 E Broad Street)

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must report on-site for Day 1 only)

Interview Process: 100% Webcam/Microsoft Teams

Core Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

• Lead the design of scalable solutions on Salesforce GovCloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

Security & Compliance

• Architect complex access models (Sharing/Visibility) and data masking strategies for sensitive PII/PHI data.

Data Strategy

• Oversee Data Cloud (Data 360) planning and integration with platforms like Snowflake and Azure.

Technical Leadership

• Conduct code and flow reviews (Apex, LWC, Flow) and manage DevOps/release sequencing.

Modernization

• Drive the transition from legacy applications to modern Salesforce patterns.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ Years: Salesforce Platform Architecture (including Apex, LWC, and Flow).
• 7+ Years: Data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
• 7+ Years: Analytics integration, specifically Tableau.
• 7+ Years: Microsoft Environments (Azure & Dynamics).
• Expertise: Experience Cloud, GovCloud, and REST/SOAP/MuleSoft integrations.

Key Requirements

• On-site Day 1: Must be able to report to the Columbus, OH office for the first day.
• Compliance: Must be willing to undergo an FBI Fingerprint check.
• Equipment: Must strictly use government equipment within the United States only.
