- Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote (Occasional onsite required)
- Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Key Skills & Requirements
Must-Have Technical Stack
- 6 Years of Experience: Hands-on with Natural programming and ADABAS databases.
- Development Environment: Strong proficiency using NaturalONE / Eclipse.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement systems knowledge is a huge plus).
- Application Support: Experience with production support and troubleshooting live application issues.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Mentorship: Comfortable providing training, technical guidance, and support to internal staff members.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical team members and business stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with JCL (Job Control Language), batch, and online processing.
- Experience with version control, technical documentation, and integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.
