Our client is a high-growth fintech looking for a Director of Finance & Treasury Operations to help scale their operational and financial infrastructure. They're a rapidly growing payments platform serving regulated industries including healthcare, insurance, and financial services.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, focused on treasury operations, payment workflows, financial controls, and operational scalability.

What They're Looking For

• 7--10 years across treasury operations, finance operations, payment operations, or fintech infrastructure.
• Strong experience with ACH, RTP, reconciliation, settlements, exception handling, and payment operations.
• Background within fintech, payments, banking, insurance, lending, or other regulated financial environments.
• Experience building scalable processes within high-growth or fast-moving companies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across finance, product, compliance, engineering, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own treasury and payment operations across ACH, RTP, and card rails.
• Oversee reconciliations, settlements, transaction monitoring, and operational controls.
• Build scalable AR/AP and finance operational processes.
• Partner with leadership on treasury visibility, reporting, and operational forecasting.
• Act as the operational bridge between finance, product, engineering, and compliance teams.
• Support evaluation and implementation of banking and payments infrastructure partners.
