Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Senior AI Engineer -- Fully Remote (EST) | 6-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential)

We're partnering with a digital client building production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs, machine learning, and modern cloud platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and deploying scalable AI solutions in production --- including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and end-to-end ML systems across large-scale structured and unstructured data.

What you'll do:

• Build and deploy AI/ML systems
• Implement RAG pipelines
• Work with vector databases
• Support production-grade model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ship AI features

Requirements:

• Strong Python + SQL
• Hands-on LLM experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
• RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience deploying ML systems
• Databricks or Snowflake experience a plus

Compensation & Logistics:

• $120--$175/hr
• W2 or C2C/LLC
• Fully remote (EST)
