Skills

  • 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • High volume recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, self-starter, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Must have a financial background with experience conducting intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy.
  • Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results.

You will engage directly with business teams at the contact center, partner with hiring managers, and make a direct impact on the success of our Customer Operations Recruiting Team by supporting our clients with filling their current job openings.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the relationship with the hiring manager and taking a consultative approach to sourcing and setting strategy to identify top talent.
  • Ensuring process efficiency and accuracy when screening and assessing candidates to fill a high volume of non-exempt job openings in the call center, while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Scheduling interviews, facilitating consensus meetings to discuss interview results, and presenting offers to successful candidates.
  • Partnering with cross-functional business teams, HR partners, and other recruiting teams to minimize risk and execute flawlessly on the hiring process.
  • Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goals.
  • Developing an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality candidates for the pipeline.
  • Possessing strong candidate and client management skills with a proven ability to influence.
  • Acting as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Addressing ambiguous situations or challenges by drawing on subject matter expertise and skills.
  • Screening and counseling candidates, coaching the hiring team, and negotiating the close.
  • Effectively facilitating formal consensus meetings with the hiring team.
  • Practicing attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
