We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Partnerships & Co-Founder to join the founding team and help scale strategic partnerships within the multifamily industry.
Role Overview
This is a founding-level opportunity for an individual with experience or relationships within multifamily real estate, property management, or related industries. The selected candidate will work directly with leadership to develop strategic partnerships, support portfolio expansion, and help drive long-term company growth.
The Opportunity
This is a 100% performance-equity partnership track designed for high-stakes execution:
- Milestone A (10 Contracts): Immediate elevation to Chief Growth Officer & Co-Founder.
What You Will Do
- Open the Market: Get initial contracts with luxury residence utilizing own sales skills or network built.
- Automate & Scale: Utilize modern, tech-forward sales funnels and workflows to manage a relentless pipeline.
- Lead the Vision: Act as the face of SuiteFit in your region, aligning real estate asset value with our technology-driven consumer health platform.
Compensation & Perks
- Strictly Performance-Based Equity Structure: Earn 0.01% equity for every 200 Qualified Units secured.
- Milestone Kickers: Receive a 1.0% bonus equity grant upon hitting your first 200-contract threshold.
- Total Equity Cap: Up to 3.0% total company ownership based entirely on your execution.
- Autonomy: Absolute control over your schedule, manner, and methods of expansion.
- Clear, unmitigated path to a C-Suite Co-Founder role within 24 months.
No specific degree, certification, or industry experience is required. Looking for a person who is self-motivated to lead our business to success together.
