About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate to join our team on a fully remote basis. This 18-month contract role offers an opportunity to support our industrial engine business through various administrative and data management tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and process efficiency across multiple functions. You will work closely with the sales support team, assist with SAP implementation, and engage in regulatory compliance activities such as EPA core evidence management. This position requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30, paid weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package, and a standard Monday to Friday schedule aligned with typical business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience working in corporate or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with data management and data cleanup processes
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Proficiency with Zoom and Outlook integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make outbound calls to external customers
- Effective time management skills and ability to work independently
- Experience supporting SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Support multiple facets of the sales support team for the industrial engine business, including data cleanup and compliance tasks
- Follow up with internal and external customers to obtain EPA-required core evidence of destruction and upload it to the RER website
- Assist with data cleanup to improve reporting accuracy and KPI measurements by identifying missing or erroneous data and entering corrections into system tools
- Provide support for SAP implementation at the Arlington, TX facility, facilitating data entry as needed during rollout
- Assist with tariff invoicing and tracking, including reconciliation and invoicing actions as required by evolving regulations
- Participate in training sessions on sales processes, compliance regulations, Cummins Order Management System (COMS), and 1-OM
- Engage in regular check-ins with a mentor, monthly one-on-one meetings with the manager, and weekly touchpoints to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
