About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in modernizing our content creation and distribution processes across internal and external channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and consistent messaging that aligns with EPIC's brand strategy and supports our business growth objectives. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with flexibility for fully remote candidates having relevant industry experience.

The role involves building and maintaining EPIC's Content Engine, developing scalable workflows, and ensuring content governance standards are upheld. The Marketing Content Writer will collaborate with various departments---including Communications, Marketing, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts---to translate complex ideas into engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Success in this role is measured by the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the content produced, as well as the ability to accelerate content development processes and leverage AI tools for high-quality output.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in editorial, content strategy, or communications roles
  • Proven expertise in copywriting with a strong understanding of tone, clarity, and messaging hierarchy
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools, automated workflows, and structured content systems
  • Deep knowledge of content governance, brand voice, and regulatory standards
  • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare (preferred)
  • Background in internal/external communications or editorial leadership (preferred)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop scalable content workflows and templates
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain EPIC's Content Engine by creating and implementing templates, prompt libraries, and modular messaging components grounded in strong copywriting principles
  • Develop and execute scalable content workflows that enhance efficiency while maintaining quality, consistency, compliance, and brand integrity
  • Maintain content governance frameworks to uphold voice, tone, accuracy, and regulatory standards across all channels
  • Write, review, and refine copy standards, messaging guidelines, and narrative frameworks used throughout the organization
  • Conduct content reviews and provide editorial direction to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality outputs at scale
  • Collaborate closely with Communications, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex concepts into compelling content
  • Support strategic copywriting initiatives for executive communications, flagship projects, and high-visibility narratives
  • Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality, compliant, and on-brand content efficiently
  • Continuously improve content performance and train models to better reflect EPIC's brand voice
