About The Role
The Senior Copywriter at M Booth Health plays a pivotal role in developing compelling, impactful content that challenges conventional thinking and sparks meaningful conversations around health. This isn't a typical writing position; it requires a creative mind that can craft narratives across multiple platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, video, and experiential content.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams of strategists, scientists, advocates, and storytellers to produce campaigns that not only inform but inspire action and foster change. This role demands a proactive approach to idea generation, a passion for health topics, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. The Senior Copywriter will also serve as a client-facing representative, preparing and presenting creative concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting, including advertising, PR, or medical education
- In-depth knowledge and experience in social media content creation and writing
- Strong understanding of health and pharmaceutical industry dynamics
- Proven ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns that stand out
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with agency tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a curious and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands and audiences
- Interest in public health and a passion for making a difference in people's lives
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute integrated health campaigns across platforms including social media, digital, video, and experiential channels
- Create a variety of content styles, from short-form web and social media posts to long-form articles and media/publication pieces
- Develop and maintain distinct brand voices, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various teams and junior staff to meet deadlines
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning to contribute innovative ideas
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, incorporating feedback and refining concepts accordingly
- Work closely with specialists such as media, scientific communications, and studio teams to produce high-quality deliverables
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously elevate content quality and relevance
