About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from your own home while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role involves managing data, supporting administrative functions, and assisting with various organizational tasks to ensure operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, supporting communication channels, and facilitating day-to-day activities that keep our business running seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data within company databases and systems
  • Organize, file, and manage electronic and physical documents
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries, providing professional support
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
  • Conduct research and compile information as required for various projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as data verification, record keeping, and correspondence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations
