About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting senior leadership, particularly within private equity-backed or high-growth organizations. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including C-suite executives. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently. The Junior Executive Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in streamlining daily operations, coordinating complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in private equity-backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and functions
- Experience with large-scale event planning and coordination
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Must be located in and willing to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team, including C-suite executives
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings
- Assist with executive expense management, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Draft, review, and respond to executive correspondence and emails on behalf of leadership
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve problems
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless communication
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, accommodations, and agendas
- Support leaders in managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
