About The Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role designed to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and teams. The HRBP will leverage their expertise to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This position requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and leading change initiatives. The HRBP will analyze HR data to inform decision-making, identify training and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth and create a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Years of HR Experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Preferred certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and data
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and inform decision-making to business leaders
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment and ensure legal compliance
  • Support ad hoc HR initiatives and collaborate with the HR team on various projects
