Sunrise Systems, Inc. is hiring a remote Agent Onboarding Specialist for a 6-month contract. The position pays $18 per hour on W2.
What you'll do
- Check each new agent onboarding package for completeness against the provided checklist and process guidelines.
- Log in to the Accel vendor platform to access and assess submitted onboarding materials.
- Once a submission passes review, enter the agent into the agency management system and create the required record.
- Use information supplied by retail agents in the portal to populate new agency records accurately.
- Download supporting documents and store them in the agency management system after review.
- Track down any missing or incomplete items and summarize exactly what is absent, such as unsigned documents, missing fields, or missing forms.
- Email agents to explain the deficiencies and request the outstanding information.
- Review returned responses from agents to confirm the package is now complete before final setup.
- Help maintain and tidy agent files by updating them with the latest documentation received.
What we're looking for
The role suits someone who has handled technology- or software-based work before and is comfortable using multiple systems. Strong attention to detail is important, along with the ability to spot gaps in a form or submission quickly. Good written communication is also needed for clear and professional email follow-ups.

- Email agents to request the missing information and confirm the corrected submission is complete before proceeding.
