Role Description
Sense AI is hiring English speakers to record natural two-person conversations used to train and evaluate voice AI models. In this role, you'll use the Sense AI Voice Contributor Portal to complete short paid calls with friends or other approved contributors about informal everyday topics.
This is not script reading or voice acting. Conversations should sound natural, casual, and clear, similar to two people having a real discussion. You'll be paid based on the amount of quality-approved conversation audio you record on the platform. Sense AI manually reviews submitted calls to ensure they meet audio quality, participation, and language requirements.
Compensation
- $12.50/hr of quality-approved data
- Hourly rate increases (up to $20/hr) as you submit more quality data
- Both participants are paid for each approved call
Required Equipment
- Laptop or desktop computer with stable Wi-Fi
- Headphones or earbuds required for all calls to prevent echo
- Quiet recording space with no background noise
- USB microphone strongly recommended for clean audio quality
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaker
- Access to a quiet recording environment
- Reliable internet connection
- USB microphone or high-quality recording setup preferred
- Ability to invite friends or partners to complete calls with you on the platform
- Experience with voice recording, podcasting, content creation, tutoring, or online conversation work is a plus but not required
