Swoon is hiring a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote contract opportunity with a leading global technology and e-commerce organization.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of non-technical roles across multiple functions and geographies. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, interview teams, and Talent Acquisition leadership to identify, engage, and hire top talent while providing a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong in-house recruiting experience, proven sourcing ability, experience managing high-volume and complex requisitions, and hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer for non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct screens, and move candidates through the interview process efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Workday Recruiter
- Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring teams
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics
- Support process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage a high volume of complex requisitions across multiple functions and geographies
- Help support structured interview practices and inclusive hiring processes
