Senior Corporate Recruiter

Swoon is hiring a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote contract opportunity with a leading global technology and e-commerce organization.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension. Benefits available: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of non-technical roles across multiple functions and geographies. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, interview teams, and Talent Acquisition leadership to identify, engage, and hire top talent while providing a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong in-house recruiting experience, proven sourcing ability, experience managing high-volume and complex requisitions, and hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer for non-technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Review resumes, conduct screens, and move candidates through the interview process efficiently
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in Workday Recruiter
• Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring teams
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics
• Support process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
• Manage a high volume of complex requisitions across multiple functions and geographies
• Help support structured interview practices and inclusive hiring processes
