About the Opportunity
Ready to be the mastermind behind a global supply chain? You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of accessories, from orchestrating high-stakes product launches to navigating the complexities of international logistics. By proactively closing supply gaps and maintaining flawless inventory, you'll be the secret weapon ensuring customers are never left waiting. This high-impact mission can be driven from anywhere, as this role is---and will remain---fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute End-to-End Supply Planning: Manage the full lifecycle of supply planning and purchase order execution for accessories and replacement parts. Success is defined by maintaining 100% data integrity in the ERP system and ensuring inventory levels align with demand without overstocking.
- Lead NPI Readiness: Coordinate with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to create new SKUs, approve packaging, and lead daily Clear-To-Build (CTB) calls. Success is achieving 100% product availability for launch day while meeting "lean" inventory targets.
- Orchestrate Global Logistics: Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers to distribution centers, including freight booking, tracking, and internal stock transfers. Success is measured by on-time delivery (OTIF) and adhering to established logistics budgets.
- Drive Cross-Functional Resolution: Partner with Finance to resolve PO discrepancies and confirm Incoterms, and work with factories to close supply gaps caused by material or capacity constraints. Success is the proactive resolution of bottlenecks before they impact the customer.
- Analyze & Report Supply Health: Conduct weekly analysis of supply changes to present to Demand Planners and maintain the serial number database. Success is providing clear, actionable visibility into inbound statuses and supply risks to all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Systems & Data Fluency: You have a high degree of comfort navigating ERP environments and managing complex databases where accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Supply Chain Logic: You can translate a demand forecast into a tactical supply plan, understanding how to balance spare parts availability with production lead times.
- Logistics Savvy: You possess a solid grasp of international shipping nuances, including Incoterms, freight quoting, and the documentation required for global stock movement.
- Cross-Functional Influence: You are a natural collaborator who can speak the "language" of diverse departments---from technical Engineers and Finance teams to external factory partners.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You don't just report a "supply gap"; you come to the table with a plan to fix it, whether that involves adjusting build plans or re-routing shipments.
- Operational Agility: You can pivot easily between high-level NPI strategy and the granular "nitty-gritty" of daily administrative maintenance and invoice assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pacific Time Zone hours
- The knowledge of Bill of Material (BOM) structures
