This role offers direct impact on revenue and client projects where you'll help establish a new service area and become an absolute expert in AI-powered lead generation and GTM engineering. You'll work closely with sales and outbound teams to deliver results that exceed traditional research approaches.

What you will do as a GTM Engineer...

  • Build Lead Systems: Construct and optimize lead lists using advanced tools like Clay and sophisticated data workflows
  • Combine Data Sources: Integrate multiple data sources including LinkedIn, websites, APIs, and web scraping for comprehensive lead intelligence
  • Develop Workflows: Create automated workflows for lead enrichment, qualification, and quality enhancement
  • Test and Optimize: Continuously test new methods to generate better, more precise leads and improve conversion rates
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and outbound teams to align lead generation with revenue objectives
  • System Architecture: Build scalable, intelligent lead generation systems rather than manual research processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills in German.

What we are looking for...

  • Tool Expertise: Experience with Clay, TexAu, or freckle for advanced lead generation and data processing
  • Automation Skills: Preferred experience with LinkedIn automation, Apify, and web scraping technologies
  • Data Understanding: Strong grasp of data structures, automation principles, and system optimization
  • Technical Foundation: Basic technical understanding including APIs, and ideally JavaScript or Python fundamentals
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of job titles, industries, and companies to inform intelligent data collection and identify valuable data points
  • B2B/SaaS Experience: Ideally experienced in B2B or SaaS environments with understanding of lead generation challenges
  • Work Excellence: Reliable, organized, and structured working approach with strong attention to detail
  • Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies (training provided for specific tools)
