Position Overview

Lux Digital Marketing LLC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Appointment Setter to help generate qualified sales opportunities for the company.

This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and supporting the sales pipeline by booking qualified meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with potential clients, organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

The Appointment Setter plays a critical role in company growth by helping generate new business opportunities and ensuring prospects are properly qualified before sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, SMS, email, and social media messaging
  • Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and campaign goals
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Engage prospects professionally and confidently to generate interest

Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Confirm appointments and ensure prospects are properly prepared for calls
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and appointments booked
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of leads

CRM & Communication Management

  • Update CRM systems with accurate prospect and communication information
  • Track follow-up activities and maintain organized prospect records
  • Respond to lead inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and appointment conversion rates

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Number of qualified appointments booked
  • Closed deals generated from booked appointments
  • Consistent outreach activity and follow-up execution
  • Lead response times and communication quality
  • Accurate CRM management and organization
  • Overall contribution to company sales growth

Requirements

  • Previous appointment setting, sales, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills required
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects and handling objections
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage consistent daily outreach activity

Preferred Experience With

  • CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Slack and Zoom
  • Google Workspace
  • Sales pipelines and lead management
  • SMS and email outreach systems
  • Cold calling and follow-up processes

Work Schedule & Location

  • Full-Time Position
  • 100% Remote (Overseas)
  • Schedule: Monday -- Friday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM EST -- 5:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be consistently available during standard EST business hours

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to attend meetings with camera on when required
  • Consistent availability during EST business hours

Employment Status

Employment with Lux Digital Marketing LLC is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable law.
