Senior Business Operations Analyst (Sales Performance & Strategy)

Location: Fully Remote - US only

Duration: 12-months with possible extension/conversion

Pay Rate: $75/hr on W2

Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Analyst to act as the operational engine behind a fast-paced, in-market sales organization. This role is central to driving the Rhythm of Business (RoB), ensuring consistent execution, clear visibility into performance, and strong cross-functional alignment. You'll partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to bring structure to ambiguity, surface actionable insights, and keep critical initiatives on track. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and continuously improve the weekly rhythm of business cadence
  • Own the end-to-end preparation and facilitation of weekly business reviews, including agenda setting, pre-read materials, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ensure the right topics, data, and people are in the room each week to drive productive discussions and decisions
  • Monitor key sales metrics and performance indicators on an ongoing basis
  • Proactively identify trends, gaps, and potential risks to in-market performance
  • Develop and maintain reports that provide clear visibility into sales health
  • Escalate risks early with context and recommended actions
  • Capture, organize, and track all action items and follow-ups coming out of business reviews and cross-functional meetings
  • Drive accountability by coordinating with owners on status updates and deadlines
  • Maintain a centralized tracking system to ensure visibility and closure on key deliverables
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on open items and blockers

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or a similar coordination-heavy role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience building and running recurring business review cadences
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to synthesize information for executive audiences
  • Comfort working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
