Database Technician

Pay Rate: $20/hour W2

Location: Fully Remote

We're looking for a motivated Database Technician to join our team. In this entry-level role you'll work alongside experienced leads to help maintain, monitor, and improve complex database environments. No degree or prior experience required — just a willingness to learn and a passion for data and technology.

What You'll Do

• Support the maintenance and administration of relational databases
• Assist with planning and engineering of database solutions under lead guidance
• Help monitor database performance, scalability, and security
• Assist in evaluating existing database designs and identifying improvement opportunities
• Write and develop basic SQL queries and reports to retrieve required data

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with a relational database management system (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server — Oracle experience is a plus
• Basic ability to write SQL queries
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
