Senior Data Analyst (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Forecast outcomes and quantify the impact of strategic initiatives on key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities across media, clients, and markets.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to drive continuous optimization.
  • Support ongoing monitoring of business metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor junior analysts or manage direct reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Proven ability to extract insights from large datasets using analytical and statistical methods.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and ad hoc data exploration.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a highly analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, online media, or performance marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience working with large-scale, proprietary datasets.
