Responsibilities
- Join a collaborative team in a fully remote role based in the Minneapolis area.
- Provide legal support to families through challenging transitions with both legal skill and compassion.
- Manage a caseload independently, including court appearances, mediations, and drafting pleadings and motions.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
- Minimum of 4 years of Minnesota family law experience (this is a firm requirement).
- Experience managing a caseload independently, including court appearances, mediations, and drafting pleadings and motions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with legal technology such as Clio and MS Office.
