Job description

We're partnering with a high-growth travel technology company that's transforming how enterprise organizations deliver digital experiences to their customers. They're hiring a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to build and own a strategic sales motion focused on large financial and enterprise accounts.

This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team with a proven product and existing market traction while helping define the company's go-to-market strategy. You'll have significant ownership, direct access to leadership, and the chance to shape how the business scales.

This is a full time, permanent position on a remote basis (must be US based).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Build and self-source the majority of your pipeline through outbound, networking, partnerships, and creative prospecting.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes, messaging, and account strategies.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, legal, procurement, and executive buyers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to align customer feedback with company strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Help establish the foundation for a scalable enterprise sales organization.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling at an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated success building and closing self-sourced enterprise opportunities.
  • Track record of selling complex technology solutions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience selling into financial services, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
