Job description

We're partnering with a high-growth travel tech company that's building innovative platform products for enterprise customers and consumer-facing experiences. The company is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a flagship product line and help shape the next phase of growth.

This is a highly visible senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and executive exposure. You'll define product strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution, partnering closely with engineering, design, commercial, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position (must be US based).

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core platform product.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Drive product development from concept through launch, including discovery, prioritization, requirements gathering, and cross-functional execution.
  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term product strategy and platform investments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to maintain a consistent product delivery cadence.
  • Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to support product adoption and business growth.
  • Define, track, and leverage key product and business metrics to guide decision-making and prioritization.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B, B2B2C, enterprise SaaS, fintech, embedded commerce, platform, or technology-driven products.
  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments with a track record of increasing ownership and responsibility.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy while remaining hands-on with execution and delivery.
  • Experience building products that serve complex customer and business needs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, design, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and drive alignment across teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to product management and prioritization.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building products in a fast-moving environment.
