Tandem Legal Solutions is a nationwide jury consulting and litigation strategy firm. We partner with trial attorneys to prepare for jury selection, develop persuasive case themes, and strengthen trial strategy through behavioral science, legal insight, real-time courtroom observation, and targeted research.
Position Overview
We are seeking professionals to conduct real-time juror background research during active trials and translate complex, fast-moving information into clear, organized, and strategically useful written reports. This role plays a direct part in real-time trial strategy by ensuring the team has accurate, actionable information.
Key Responsibilities
Research / Trial Day Support
- Conduct real-time research on potential jurors using databases, public records, and online platforms.
- Verify identities and cross-reference information with accuracy and discretion.
- Identify relevant background details, patterns, and potential biases.
- Maintain organized, accurate research records throughout the trial day.
Team Communication & Real-Time Insight Sharing
- Communicate actively with the trial team via Slack and other platforms.
- Provide concise, accurate summaries of findings when requested.
- Surface key insights, red flags, or patterns to support live strategy decisions.
Report Writing & Analysis
- Synthesize multiple streams of information into cohesive summaries of juror dynamics and case-relevant themes.
- Translate complex information into clear, structured, insight-driven written reports.
- Maintain rigorous consistency in formatting, tone, and quality.
