Job description
A nationally recognized consumer products company is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting with a focus on university and early talent hiring. This remote role will partner with hiring teams to source, screen, and evaluate candidates while helping build strong pipelines for student and entry-level roles.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday

- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including requisition ownership, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Recruit for university, co-op, intern, student, and entry-level roles across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing and alternative channels.
- Partner with hiring managers, talent acquisition leadership, and HR teams to align on search strategy, target schools, and communication approach.
- Track recruiting activity, provide status updates, and support compliance with applicable hiring guidelines and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in University and/or early Talent Recruiting
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience recruiting for early talent engineering and corporate function positions
- Knowledge of Handshake
