We're looking for an Influencer Partnership Executive to join our growing influencer team!

The agency moves fast. Our process is proven, and the team is expanding.

But it's still not good enough. The final gap standing between where we are and absolute scale is brand acquisition.

This is where you come in.

About the Company

Taskmetas is a fast-growing influencer agency, having worked with some of the largest brands in the world (clients include HelloFresh, Factor, Marley Spoon, Aquasana, and more). Now we are looking to expand our clientele with the process that has allowed us to scale multiple 8-10-figure brands.

Your Role

  • You will be our Influencer Partnership Executive and join a lean team where things move fast
  • You will own the brand-facing side of our partnerships: pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with brands, then handing off to our campaign execution team.
  • You won't be handed a script. You will build the process yourself.
  • This is a medium-sized role with uncapped growth potential in the next 6-18+ months

Flow of Work

  1. Manage and oversee email outreach
  2. Manage all brand responses via email
  3. Negotiate and close deals with brands & creators to secure agency margin
  4. Pass the signed deal to our Campaign Execution team
  5. Upsell clients once the partnership has been successfully executed

What You'll Own

  • Design and implement a scalable client acquisition engine across outbound email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Lead cold outreach campaigns using modern tools such as Clay, Smartlead, and Apollo
  • Define and iterate on our ICP and develop segment-specific messaging
  • Develop outreach SOPs and test new acquisition channels
  • Manage and continuously optimize the sales pipeline from first touch to close
  • Strategically negotiate and allocate agency margin on each partnership
  • Close multi-6-figure brand deals per month
  • Upsell closed brands into ongoing managed campaigns
  • Track and report on acquisition KPIs
  • Keep CRM clean and updated at all times

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience within an influencer marketing agency
  • You have personally worked with influencer partnerships and brought in new brand clients
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing influencer partnerships between $5,000 to $30,000+ per month
  • You know how to build outbound systems from scratch, not just execute inside them
  • Deep knowledge of modern outbound tools and processes
  • Confident self-starter who does not need to be told what to do every day
