We are a small but dedicated team seeking a Client Success Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update tracking systems for consultant and hiring manager reconnaissance.
  • Own, manage, and update internal back-office Operations trackers and processes.
  • Attend daily meetings with the Sales & Delivery team.
  • Manage and track candidate submissions through the interview process.
  • Attend virtual client meetings and assist the CEO & Director of Business Operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate external interviews for the Sales & Delivery Team.
  • Monitor and track external hiring processes and candidate movement.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of CEO's meetings and notes in Bullhorn and/or Quil.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain client-provided documentation within Bullhorn records.
  • Create and maintain job postings on TechHuman's LinkedIn, Dice, and other platforms.
  • Develop, update, and upload client organizational charts to Bullhorn records.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for client events.
  • Support internal recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and managing interview scheduling.
  • Provide calendar and meeting coordination support for the CEO and Director of Business Operations.

Must-Haves

  • Professional experience or internship in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or sales operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience documenting and organizing information in an ATS or CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with calendar management and meeting scheduling.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in a staffing, recruiting, or professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, or other sourcing platforms.
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings or client events.
  • Exposure to project management and/or CRM tools.
