CRM Coordinator (Email & SMS) -- Remote (US East Coast/Central)

Location: Fully Remote (US-based, East Coast or Central preferred)

Contract: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to support a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment, managing high-volume email and SMS campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, translating campaign briefs into action, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and manage CRM campaign briefs from internal stakeholders.
  • Translate brand direction into clear, actionable campaign requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage asset collection, campaign status tracking, QA and testing processes.
  • Review campaign performance reports and highlight key findings.
  • Ensure creative assets and campaigns meet specifications before launch.
  • Support high-volume email and SMS programs in a retail/e-commerce setting.

Requirements

  • 3--5 years of experience in CRM coordination, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing channels (platform execution experience not required).
  • Proven ability to coordinate between stakeholders and execution teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing checklists and creative reviews.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and identifying key insights.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Must be available to work Eastern Time hours.
  • Candidates available to start within the next two weeks are highly preferred.
  • Two-stage interview process with interviews available immediately.
