THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Client Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our business, connecting companies with exceptional talent while building meaningful client relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Deliver Talent Solutions: Partner with recruiters to source and present top-tier candidates.
  • Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to final offer.
  • Ensure Quality Matches: Interview and assess candidates to ensure both skill and culture fit.
  • Create Exceptional Experiences: Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates at every step.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Leverage industry insights to position our services competitively.
  • Stay Organized: Keep accurate records using CRM tools to manage pipelines and opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5+ years in agency staffing (BD or full-desk experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in one or more verticals (Tech, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.).
  • High motivation and comfort working in a performance-based, 100% commission-only environment.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • A degree is great, but your drive and results matter more.
