Role Overview

Immediate opening for a Banking Call Center Representative. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a major banking organization. The role offers a hybrid work model based in Wakefield/Boston, MA, with the ability to work remotely after the initial training period.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay: $25/hr
  • Schedule: Candidates must be flexible between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
  • Required Availability: 4 weekdays plus every Saturday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
  • Shift Options: 9:30-6:30, 10:00-7:00, or 11:00-8:00.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of call center or banking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service via phone and email to online banking users.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Support high call volumes for the customer service center.
  • Manage internal and external email inquiries efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between online customers and third-party service providers.
  • Process new online account set-ups and perform ongoing account maintenance.
  • Assist other call center areas as needed.
