Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Representative fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of call center or high-volume phone experience, looking to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Must speak Spanish.
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
- Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Documents all calls into appropriate systems.
- Communicates with all departments to resolve client questions and problems promptly.
- Acts as a resource for complex questions regarding reports, technical issues, dialysis procedures, etc.
- Escalates issues to a supervisor for resolution as necessary.
- Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Prior call center experience and/or multi-line phone system.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX 75075. This is a fully remote position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
