Overview
- We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support critical Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives, with a strong focus on enhancing the program.
- This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements, gather and refine requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across key talent cycles.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a BSA with hands-on UAT experience and HR systems expertise to make an immediate impact within a highly visible program.

HR / Talent Systems Expertise
- Experience with Talent Management or Performance systems.
- Familiarity with talent cycles (performance reviews, feedback processes).
- Understanding of HR workflows and data structures.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & System Enhancements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
- Support ongoing enhancements to the program, including system updates and feature improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
UAT & Quality Assurance
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for talent system releases.
- Create test cases, test scripts, and validation scenarios.
- Manage defect tracking, triage issues, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
- Validate fixes and confirm readiness for production deployment.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the liaison between HR, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide regular status updates on enhancements, defects, and milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and demos to drive alignment.
Talent Cycle Operational Support
- Support system readiness for key talent cycles (mid-year and annual reviews).
- Monitor system performance during live cycles and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Provide guidance and support to end users.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain business requirements, process documentation, and job aids.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning.
Data Validation & Reporting
- Validate data accuracy across talent systems.
- Support reporting needs and assist with data analysis to inform decisions.
Backlog & Continuous Improvement
- Support backlog management for talent system enhancements.
- Participate in prioritization and sprint planning discussions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
