Business Systems Consultant - Workday Payroll

Job Summary

This role involves analyzing business problems and defining solutions within a new system, specifically focusing on Workday Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing test plans, scripts, and approaches. This includes documenting, monitoring, and resolving test issues, as well as evaluating risks and recommending alternative testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the development and approval of test plans.
• Execute test plans, approaches, and scripts.
• Document, monitor, and coordinate the resolution of test issues.
• Evaluate testing risks and recommend alternative approaches.
• Identify change management items for training and organizational change management teams, focusing on the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Support the Workday implementation from a Payroll perspective, including the deployment plan.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $66.00 - $66.00 per hour
