Description

This is an AI Content Strategist that will lead the content strategy for a global onboarding transformation initiative, spanning over 100 countries. This role will primarily support their onboarding migration to Workday & ServiceNow while laying the groundwork for a next-generation AI-powered onboarding experience, including chatbot and assistant capabilities. The strategist will define how onboarding content is structured, stored, and delivered to ensure it is scalable, reusable, and optimized for AI ingestion and interaction.

This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Knowledge Management teams to define content frameworks, prompt structures, and conversational experiences. They will play a critical role in shaping how onboarding content is consumed, from static UI copy to dynamic, AI-driven interactions-ensuring consistency, accuracy, and an optimized employee experience across pre-boarding and onboarding journeys.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience designing content for AI systems (chatbots, assistants, FAQ engines)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, response logic, and AI guardrails

• Knowledge of structured content models, tagging, and taxonomy design
• Ability to define content standards for global, multi-language environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
