Our customer is looking for a Sr. level data analyst with expertise in AEM and CJA.

Culture and Team

Our team works collaboratively to set and follow standards across our individual product domains. We are motivated, self-starters willing to push our limits to obtain the best outcomes. The team is small, composed of 60% FTE and 40% contractors.

Key Stakeholders and Partners

  • Stakeholders: Product Management, UX, Marketing & Platform Teams
  • Partners: Web development, platform configuration, marketing

Team Purpose

Support the implementation of behavioral usage tracking that allows our team to provide progress toward OKRs and usage insights to help Product make data-driven decisions regarding web needs.

Role Overview

You will align with a sub-section of our member web experience product team. Team realignments in 2025 will require an analyst confident in digging into this sub-set of experiences to assist product in showing the value of their deliveries.

Major Deliverables

  • Formulate requirements (business questions)
  • Tech specs (data requirements)
  • QA guide (data integrity)
  • Feature-level dashboard measuring progress toward defined OKRs
  • Validation of data in the dashboard
  • Presentation of analysis/outcomes and next steps/recommendations

Key Activities

  • Attend daily standups with a rotation of 1 of 6 agile development teams.
  • Attend design reviews for new development work to formulate measurements.
  • Attend bi-weekly Data Analytics touch base for ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Facilitate ad hoc design/requirements reviews with Analytics team members.
  • Weekly discussion with Analytics Launch Developer to coordinate between Agile Development Teams and Analytics.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements.
  • Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance.
  • Proficiency in data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with custom project creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Experience in the health care industry.
  • Proficiency in designing wireframes or mockups using tools like Miro or Figma.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. This is a fully remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $71.00/hr. Benefits may include:
