Overview

We are seeking a UKG Pro-focused HRIS contractor to support day-to-day HR operations during a large-scale transition to Workday. This is a primarily functional role centered on data integrity, system audits, and transactional support within UKG Pro.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring clean, accurate, and migration-ready HR data as the organization progresses through a phased Workday implementation.

  • Location: Fully remote (optional onsite for local candidates)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within UKG Pro
  • Validate and correct employee data, coding discrepancies, and system records
  • Execute data cleanup efforts in preparation for Workday migration
  • Process HR-related transactions, including:
    • Document uploads (e.g., charity forms, work permits)
    • Manual status updates based on paper forms
  • Follow established SLPs (Standard Level Procedures) for consistent execution
  • Support ongoing HRIS operations by maintaining clean and reliable data
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system transition

Team & Work Environment

  • Primary collaboration with:
    • HRIS Trainer (day-to-day support)
    • Workday Implementation Lead (oversight/strategy)

What You'll Be Supporting

This role supports a phased Workday implementation, including:

  • Initial rollout to a small associate group
  • Workforce Management deployment across all employees
  • Full Workday rollout organization-wide

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the data foundation is clean and accurate for each phase.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Experience performing HR data audits, cleanup, and validation
  • Familiarity with HRIS processes and employee lifecycle data
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to or experience with Workday
  • Experience supporting HRIS migrations or system transitions
  • HR operations or data administration experience

Technology Environment

  • UKG Pro (primary system)
  • Workday (implementation in progress)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of De Pere, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $75.00/hr.
