TEKsystems is looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager for a long-term remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the Stability Program across 9+ workstreams, ensuring all delivery teams adhere to program governance and reporting standards.
  • Partner with existing PMs, ensuring consistency, discipline, clear priorities, and dependency management across all streams.
  • Enforce budget control - preventing teams from self-authorizing spend, tracking allocations, and ensuring approval processes are followed.
  • Maintain impeccable executive-level reporting including risks, issues, timelines, cross-program dependencies, and budget usage.
  • Present to and engage with executives, providing structure, clarity, and confidence in program direction.
  • Identify early indicators of risk or drift and bring teams back on track quickly and decisively.
  • Implement mature PMO discipline across the stability landscape, raising the standard for documentation, planning, and delivery.
  • Support intake.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a true Program Manager capacity.
  • Experience managing large, multi-workstream, infrastructure-heavy or stability/BAU-related programs.
  • Exceptional governance, structure, and PMO discipline - this role requires exemplary risk and issue management with zero tolerance for sloppy reporting.
  • Strong executive presence: able to present complex status cleanly, confidently, and professionally.
