Requirements

Must have:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
  • Background in data entry, data collection, or database administration
  • Experience using Excel, Microsoft Access, or comparable data platforms
  • Strong internet research skills with the ability to verify information from multiple sources
  • Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Analytical thinking and sound problem-solving skills
  • Clear written communication in both languages

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and enter information into our internal databases and content management systems
  • Translate content accurately between Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Research online to gather and confirm data, including company details, reports, and regulatory updates
  • Maintain and refresh records in systems such as SQL databases or Microsoft Access
  • Uphold accuracy and consistency across all data entries
  • Spot discrepancies, mistakes, or missing details and resolve them quickly
  • Work in line with our established procedures and compliance standards for data handling
