Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support RICEFW components.
- Build and enhance Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations, interfaces, and data conversion solutions.
- Customize Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher outputs.
- Partner with business analysts to turn requirements into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS issues across HCM and Financials.
- Take ownership of technical solutions in a hands-on development role.
- Support enterprise Oracle EBS applications in a stable, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
Must have:
- Strong hands-on experience developing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions.
- Proven support for both Oracle HCM and Financials modules.
- Solid expertise in RICEFW development, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows.
- Advanced skills in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, tables, and public APIs.
- Experience with AOL setups and concurrent programs.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with BI Publisher or XML Publisher.
- Background includes OAF, SOA 12c, and JDeveloper.
- Skills include shell scripting, Java, JavaScript, and version control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.

This is a technical development position focused on HCM and Financials rather than functional work. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, along with strong health, dental, vision, retirement, and additional benefits.
