Requirements

Must have:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in SDET, QA Automation, or Software Engineering roles
  • Proficiency at level IC3 or above
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, with extensive expertise in React
  • Demonstrated history of designing and overseeing frontend automation frameworks
  • Solid hands-on experience with end-to-end (E2E) automation tools, such as Playwright and Jest
  • Proven capability to act as a framework owner, rather than merely a test writer
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and product teams
  • Competence in reviewing and enhancing AI-generated code
  • Product-focused perspective with a keen quality intuition

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and refine frontend test automation frameworks in a TypeScript/React ecosystem
  • Create and manage E2E automation utilizing tools like Playwright, Jest, or equivalent
  • Serve as the framework owner, ensuring structure, sustainability, and adherence to best practices
  • Assess and optimize AI-generated code, including Claude-generated components and tests
  • Collaborate with product and frontend engineering teams to integrate quality assurance into the development cycle
  • Establish testing strategies, coverage expectations, and quality gates as the platform expands
  • Enhance reliability throughout consumer payment processes, trading experiences, and wallet functionalities
  • Participate in CI/CD quality assurance measures and automation pipelines based on GitHub
