Work model
Role Overview
A successful engagement for this individual will mean leading up efforts in:
- Understanding what has been built
- Completing any remaining work needed to go live
- Successfully going live with the new Salesforce platform
- Taking over ongoing maintenance and support of what has been built
- Contributing to future build work, including creation of clear documentation
- Informing and implementing strategies for CI/CD, test automation and AI driven software development
- Transitioning from partner's tools by acquiring and configuring tools to enable those strategies

- Core: Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce, ERPSS, Pricing Rules, Tiered Pricing, Product Bundles, Subscriptions, Apex, Development
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- Experience playing a primary role with ongoing development of SFDC environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing in both Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
Preferred Experience
- Conga Composer
- Mulesoft
- Salesforce integrations into financial systems
- Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
Key Competencies
- Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud Development and Admin Expertise: Expert level skills with SFDC development and administration in both Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, including deep understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, capabilities, architecture, products, and best practices.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to inform a launch plan/roadmap, execute successfully, manage ongoing development work, and create strong documentation/artifacts.
- General Development Experience: Familiarity with agile ceremonies, empowered teams, CI/CD practices, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation.
