Security Project Manager

Contract Details

• Duration: 6-month contract, through end of 2026. Potential to extend into 2027.
• Pay: $75-$78/hr (based on experience and qualifications).
• Location: Fully remote.

Top Required Skills

1. Project Management: 10+ years of experience with strong stakeholder management. Deep understanding of project scope and true completion, leveraging facts and data. Must have strong MS Excel skills (V-lookups, data tracking) and basic data analysis to prepare reports for executive leadership independently.
2. IT Infrastructure & Security: Experience with security principles, tools, and solutions. Strong understanding of remote access technology roll-out (Cloudflare experience is a bonus, but must understand how it and similar technologies work). Familiarity with concepts like remote access, IP address, access control, VPN, VDI, and cloud technology.
3. Global Experience: Must have experience working in different time zones and managing global projects with stakeholders in different countries. Validated experience rolling out a global solution involving internal employees and third-party vendors.

Role Description

TEKsystems' client is seeking a professional to help roll out ZTNA to the organization. This is an ongoing project in the US, with Asia PAC next. This is a global rollout expected to extend into 2027. You will work with an external vendor as well as internal Security and IT SMEs. Responsibilities include managing budget, stakeholder management, and utilizing Clarity for project management and Excel for data tracking and reporting.

You will lead the rollout of Cloudflare for remote browser isolation, replacing a legacy solution globally. This includes the migration of all FTEs to this solution. This is the start of the ZTNA journey, with more work related to this program expected.
