Senior Product Owner - Contact Management (CRM - Salesforce)

Project

Creation of a person record in CRM - They have been integrating ClientWorks with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to create a unified CRM layer. This integration includes client data, account data, and account participant/relationship data.

Required Skills

  • This person must have CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce, but open to other CRM systems.
  • This person must be hands-on writing user stories using Jira, assisting in product discovery, planning, and development. This person will be responsible for creating all the user stories, managing the backlog and features, prioritizing the work, and attending all Agile ceremonies.
  • This person should have experience working with software engineering teams, driving both the UI and UX.
  • This person should be a 50/50 blend of technical and business - they do not want a solely technical PO.
  • Financial services is preferred, but not required. They must come from an enterprise environment.
  • They must come from a TRUE product background - they will not consider anyone with a former project manager, scrum master, delivery lead/manager, or program manager background.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
