Service Desk Technician

Description

Our client is currently looking for a helpdesk technician to provide technical support for various locations (prisons, Probation & Parole, 1/2 way houses, Admin offices) throughout the state. Their environment is Win 10/11 on the desktop, O365, and various inmate-related applications. The DOC has over 165 locations which consists of 10,000 users. Support calls range from basic password resets to internet connectivity and email issues.

Please note, while this position is 100% remote, our client requires that contract staff must reside in the State of WI.

The Helpdesk team consists of 10 people. They use Ivanti for ticketing and remote access and also perform hardware-related projects when not answering phones. This is a call-center environment, and staff are measured on typical metrics including call times, availability, and wrap-up time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of helpdesk experience supporting hardware/software, Windows 10, and O365
• Experience in a call center/help desk environment (ACD system knowledge preferred)
• Great customer service and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
