Sr. SAP FICO Analyst - Denver Based

TEKsystems is seeking a hybrid SAP FICO functional consultant for a client in the Westminster/Thornton, CO area. This role requires onsite work 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) and is a contract position running through at least the end of 2026, with potential for extension or conversion to FTE.

Role Overview

This position focuses on stakeholder support within an SAP S/4 environment. You will work directly with the Finance team to ensure their needs are met, collaborating with the solution architect to provide enhancements. The environment covers multiple FICO submodules, including GL, Treasury, Banking, Asset Management, Project Systems, AP, AR, and Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis and design of business processes and implement SAP enhancements.
• Configure the SAP system to facilitate business processes and transaction flows.
• Analyze, support, and document reporting throughout the organization.
• Research and recommend enterprise-wide best practices and process improvements.
• Provide end-user training and create necessary documentation.
• Educate the organization on business systems analysis to foster collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP applications experience, including process and configuration knowledge of: A/P, A/R, Billing & Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, GL, and Project Systems (master data, settlement, actuals).
• Understanding of timekeeping.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business functionality into clear functional specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment rather than specializing in a single module.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Related degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Concur, VIM, and Vertex.
• Expertise in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Understanding of SAP Security.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
