The Site Reliability Engineer Lead will work with stakeholders to define SLOs and SLIs as well as develop the overall SRE strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will develop a depth of understanding of how all the systems work together, how they fail, how they can be improved and how they can be designed and monitored automatically and manually in the most optimized way - and share that understanding through dashboarding, reporting, demonstrations, presentations, and guidance with leadership and other engineers across the organization. This person will be a technical contributor and lead of a growing team.

• Cultivates and maintains a team and culture of high availability and responsiveness to address operational issues and emergent needs 24x7
• Certifications/Technical-depth and experience with private, public, and/or multiple clouds
• Experience in Infrastructure, Networks, and private and public cloud hosting departments
• Experience in containerization technology
• Experience in streaming architecture such as Kafka
• Awareness of software security protocols and familiarity with implementation of security best practices is highly preferred
• Azure Certified preferred not mandatory
• GitHub Enterprise preferred not mandatory
• Knowledge of Docker, managing microservice pools, service discovery
• Plans system capacity and maintenance

• This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
• This is a fully remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $70.00/hr.
