Our client is looking to add a Junior Web Content Specialist to their team to support day-to-day website content management operations. They are looking for someone entry-level in their career who has some knowledge and experience, but is eager to continue learning. This individual's daily job duties could include:

  • Making edits and updates on their website via Contentful CMS
  • Updating PDFs and other forms of digital documentation
  • Performing digital content QA for accessibility
  • Troubleshooting link integrity
  • Ensuring web content adheres to brand standards
  • Working with cross-functional teams internally

Top Skills

  1. Proven 1-2 years of experience at a corporate level managing digital content (internships accepted if they were with large brands)
  2. Self-starter mentality and the drive to find work, not just be assigned work
  3. Confident and not afraid to ask questions in a fully remote work environment
  4. Experience with a Content Management System such as Contentful, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.

Bonus Skills

  1. Healthcare or highly-regulated industry experience
  2. Contentful experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. It is 100% remote, but residents of California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC, and Wyoming cannot be considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
