Description
Provide Tier 2 support for Zscaler ZIA and ZPA incidents, including access, performance, and usability issues. Troubleshoot traffic forwarding, authentication, and policy enforcement. Manage and resolve incident tickets, reduce backlog, and prevent repeat issues. Support high-severity incidents and perform root cause analysis. Configure application segments and access policies for private resources. Collaborate with global teams (networking, client platforms, L1/L2 support) and collect diagnostics (logs, packet captures) to support resolution. Create and maintain technical documentation, such as diagrams, SOPs, and test plans.
Key Requirements
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and architectures (SSE, SASE).
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Advanced troubleshooting in traffic forwarding, authentication flows, and security policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) and App Connector lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring Application segments and defining Access policies.
- Technical proficiency in SSL inspection, secure web gateway technologies, URL filtering, Firewall rules, DNS security, Sandboxing, and DLP.
- Experience with Identity Providers (IdP) for authentication.
- Experience with Windows 11 and macOS endpoint configurations.
