Job Summary

This role will drive the end-to-end technical architecture & development of AI-powered agents on the MS Copilot Studio platform. You will lead design and implementation efforts, and ensure adherence to best practices in AI engineering, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of reference templates, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's platform capabilities.
  • Optimize agent workflows, including multi-turn dialogues, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, custom MS Copilot tools and conversations.
  • Develop and integrate Copilot Studio components and API plugins.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure Responsible AI (RAI), data governance, and risk management best practices.
  • Assist in building and debugging AI-powered agent workflows.
  • Implement and test Copilot Studio configurations, Power Platform integrations, API connections, and data structures for knowledge sources.
  • Develop custom features in Copilot agents using tools, workflows, and conversations.
  • Support documentation efforts, including deployment guides and walkthroughs.
  • Learn and adapt to new platform capabilities and emerging AI features.
  • Partner with peer developers to refine prompt engineering and LLM interactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
